By accessing and using the Tengai Solutions website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Products and Services

Tengai Solutions provides personalised engraving and sublimation printing services on various items including but not limited to bamboo products, wooden items, leather goods, and drinkware. All items are personalised to order and are therefore unique to each customer.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Personalisation

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details (names, logos, text, dates). We engrave and print exactly as instructed. Please double-check all details before confirming your order, as errors in customer-provided information cannot be rectified after production.

Production Time

Production times are stated at the time of order and vary depending on the complexity and quantity of items. We make every effort to meet stated timelines but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have the right to use any logos, images, or text submitted for personalisation. Tengai Solutions is not liable for intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-provided content.

Limitation of Liability

Tengai Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, failing that, through the courts of Zimbabwe.
