Payment Policy

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: EcoCash, bank transfer, and cash payments at our Harare office. For corporate orders, we may offer invoicing terms on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Before Production

All orders are processed after full payment has been received. We do not begin engraving, printing, or personalisation until payment is confirmed. This policy ensures we can allocate materials and production time exclusively to your order.

Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in the listed currency and include the cost of standard personalisation (engraving or sublimation printing). Complex designs, additional colours, or rush orders may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before you confirm your order.

Corporate and Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (typically 20+ items), we provide custom quotes. Corporate clients may request invoicing. Payment terms for corporate accounts are agreed on a per-client basis.

Receipts and Invoices

A receipt or invoice is provided for every order. For corporate clients requiring specific invoicing formats, please let us know at the time of ordering.
